We are committed to helping you find the best rate for you in our hotel. If, after you have booked a room with us, you find a cheaper rate for the same room elsewhere on the net with the same booking conditions,
that is the rate you will pay us.
All you need to do is to contact us within 24 hours and
give us details of the particular website. .
Applicable conditions for this guarantee
1. You must contact us quickly by e-mail laurence@bw-lesrochesnoires.com, within 24 hours of booking one of our rooms via our site. This 24 hour time limit applies in all circumstances. Your e-mail must include the following information: your full name, your Novaresa booking number and the name/link for the website with the lower rate. Any e-mail not including all the required information or containing any errors in the information will not be considered.
2. The guarantee does not apply to those bookings made for the same day.
3. The guarantee only applies when a lower rate is available for an online booking. This online lower rate must be available when Novaresa confirms your claim, that is, within the 24 hour time limit as mentioned above. Screen captures will not be accepted as proof of a lower rate.
4. The lower rate must be noticed online for a room of similar standard to the one available in our establishment and having the same arrival/departure dates along with the same booking conditions.
5. The lower rate must be observed to be in the same currency as that used by the hotel.
6. We will guarantee that you benefit from this better rate only if you have completed your stay with us and not cancelled it or failed to turn up.
7. If the claim cannot be considered in respect of the applicable Conditions for our Best Rate Guarantee, our General Terms and Conditions of use and booking, including our cancellation conditions will still apply.
8. The " Best Rate Guarantee " is not applicable to those hotel rooms booked with or in combination with special member rates, frequent-stay rates, loyalty points/programmes or special offers from the hotel. Reduced rates available via an unclear booking system or a 'name your own price' system are also excluded from the guarantee.
